      Overview

The second edition of Italy’s first and most used guide on how to take full advantage of pricing strategies. A handbook on how to improve company profitability and seize new growth opportunities.
Pricing is the most impactful factor on company profitability. However, most companies do not take full advantage of the potential of pricing and rely instead on preset formulas; they struggle to go beyond basic profit margins or to do something more than simply keep up with the competition. Others still, they just act on instinct. This often leads to dramatic dips in profits. In this practical, straightforward guide readers will find everything they need to know about pricing – namely what techniques and what tools to use, what the different pricing strategies are, and how to make the best of the potential of pricing. This handbook is dedicated to professionals and companies selling goods or services that are willing to maximise their approach to pricing.
